Shipping Policy
We expect you to carefully read and understand
the following terms of our shipping policy as we strictly adhere to it.
Please note that for shipping your order, we
will need your complete postal address including your PIN code. It should also
include your complete email address and contact number. We request and expect
that you should properly cross-check the details before you leave the page and
proceed to check out.
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will
be packed and then dispatched in a maximum of 3 working days. You will receive
your order in 3-5 working days. Your shipment will be delivered on weekdays.
Also, it is important to mention that public holidays and Sundays are not
included in working days. One should also consider, that delivery time can vary
due to factors like weather, unwarranted strikes, etc. In such situations, our
delivery partners try their best to make the products available as soon as
possible.
If any of the items that are ordered are not in
stock, then we will contact you at the earliest and as per your preference, we
will either get the product shipped within 10 working days and initiate a
refund of your money, if the payment was made in advance in the above period.
Once, the item is shipped, an email or message
will be sent to you mentioning the tracking details.
