By browsing and using the Terms of Service provided by our website (www.dairica.com), you agree to all of them alongside our Privacy Policy, outlined on our website, which may be subject to updating as required, by us from time to time. We recommend that you please check this page regularly to take note of any such changes made by us to the Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to review/withdraw/amend the above services without any prior notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period and may restrict access to some parts or this entire Website.

Services
Dairica is an online retailer of Ghee and other milk products that may be so updated. It allows customers to purchase a variety of products. Upon placing an order, dairica.com will ship the product accordingly and be entitled to its payment for the service so provided.

Third-Party Websites and Content
Dairica.com has links for sharing our content on Facebook, Instagram, and other such third-party websites. These are only for sharing/listing purposes and we take no responsibility for the third-party websites and/or their contents listed on our website (www.dairica.com) and even disclaim all our liabilities arising out of any/all such third-party websites. We even disclaim all liabilities and take no responsibility for the content that may be posted on such third-party websites by their users in a personal capacity on any of the above-mentioned links for sharing and/or listing purposes as well as any content and/or comments that may be posted by such users in their personal or official capacity on any official webpage of dairica.com on any social media platforms.

Messaging From Third-Party Website Consent
Customers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS or call from Dairica.com) with regards to services provided by us or even promotions and/ or suggestions/informative content.

The Product Details
The pictures and images of the products/services/locations/processes on the website are for illustrative purposes only. We have ensured that the colors are accurately displayed, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the items. Your products may vary slightly from those pictures/images. It is also to be noted that all sizes and measurements of items are approximate; although we continuously strive to ensure they are accurate as possible, due to the nature of the product. We take reasonable care to make sure that the details, descriptions, and prices of items are as accurate as possible.

Pricing
We ensure that pricing details appearing on the website are accurate, however, there can be errors. If an error in the price of any goods already ordered by you, we will inform you at the earliest and if we are unable to contact you regarding this, the order will be considered canceled. Alternatively, if you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Additionally, prices for items are subject to change without any prior notice. However, it is understood and ensured that these changes will not affect the orders that have already been placed/dispatched. The price of an item may or may not be inclusive of GST (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are not responsible as a seller. The breakup will be provided at the checkout point.  Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source or point of sale/ vendor.

Payment
Once the order is received, a standard pre-authorization check is carried out on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to honor the transaction. Goods will be dispatched only after this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your payment card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Delivery
You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused by the delay in delivery.

Returns & Refund
If at any point in time, you change your mind about any items purchased from us you can return them as per the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws, principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.

Indemnification Clause
It is understood that you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the firm, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from all third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from your use of this website, your breach of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

Violation of Terms & Termination of Access
It is understood that you agree that we may, enjoy sole discretion and without prior notice, can terminate your access to our website and even block your future access if it is so determined that you have violated the above Terms of Service or any other policies. Also, it is important to note that if your use of any service has been terminated by us or even by yourself, you shall still be fully liable to pay for any service that you have already ordered till the time of such termination. Failure to do so shall qualify Dairica to take strict legal action against you.

Return and Refund Policy

Once your order is confirmed, Dairica will not entertain return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we will be more than happy to work with you to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. 

In case of a Damaged product 

·    DAIRICA needs to be notified of a damaged product within 3 days from the delivery date via email at info@dairica.com or WhatsApp at +91 9779116555.

·    Kindly share the order number, an image of the invoice, 1 image of the outer box, 2 clear images of the damaged product, and a video of unpacking the box.

·    In case there is a shipment of multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

·    We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) at the earliest and we will work with you on providing the best solution acceptable to both parties.

·    Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

In case of a Missing Product

·    DAIRICA needs to be notified of the missing product within 3 days from the delivery date via email at info@dairica.com or WhatsApp at +91 9779116555.

·    In the email or WhatsApp do share the order number, an image of the invoice, 1 image of the outer box, and a video showing the unpacking of the box.

·    We will not accept a refund request but will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product.

·    Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

In the case of Spoiled Product

·    DAIRICA needs to be notified of spoilage of the product within 5-10 days from the delivery date via email to info@dairica.com

·    You need to share the order number, date of packaging, and clear images or video of the product in the email. 

·    Please note that we do not accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Our products are natural and prepared by hand so every batch is different from the other. We do not make any compromise in the natural production process, and only natural ingredients to ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained.

·    We assure you that we will work with you to provide the best possible solution acceptable to both parties. 

·    The product will be replaced only after a thorough investigation.
