About Us
Journey from A Thought to Reality!

Anything fueled by passion and led by purpose creates
MAGIC!
In these modern times, when life has taken an
unprecedented pace and stands mired in cobwebs woven by technology and
competition, there is little time left to worry about our lifestyles and give
back to Mother Nature. While there is a dire need for all of us to take a pause
and reflect on our daily choices, we are being swayed by the fast and easy
options offered by the food industry which make us trade our time for health.
At DAIRICA, we took ‘that pause’ to reinvent
the way milk and milk products are produced to ensure that you no longer have
to sacrifice your time or compromise your health to get the best milk, ghee,
butter, paneer, curd, etc. We went back down the ages and unearthed the
treasure trove of ancient wisdom that forms the foundation of our culture. In
this journey of research comprising reading, and personal visiting of umpteen
farms in various parts of the country, we concluded that ‘Organic is the Way of
Life’. Anything detrimental to Mother Earth can never bear good results for
anyone in the food chain.
We noted only a handful of farms have kept the
traditions alive while a majority of others have placed profits before people
and are blatantly flouting the norms of quality, hygiene, and production
methods that are essential for sustainable development. Here, we came to know
and were sure of the road we were going to take ahead.
Thus, came into being the MOO MOO DAIRY FARM
and a Promise to rear cattle for love, their enriched cow dung, and urine to be
used as organic manure for the farm, and ensure that the First Right to the milk
of Mother Cows is of their calves. For us, milk is just a by-product. We
Promised ourselves, that our animals would be allowed to stay free and the
calves would never be separated from their Mothers.
We are not rearing our cows, we are serving
them and helping them enjoy their share of sunshine on this planet in the best
way possible.
3 Pillars of Consciousness
Organic Farming (WITH IMAGE to be shared)
It is said, “We didn’t inherit the earth from our
ancestors; but have borrowed it from our children”.
It is our onus to leave the earth we plough in a better
condition than the one in which we got it. Hence, we take great pleasure and pride
in feeding our farms with organic manures so the soil stands nourished and is
not degraded by the use of any chemicals. The biological waste from dairy forms
an excellent source of nutrients for the farms where we grow our fodder. We
feel this small step helps us to keep our promise to Mother Earth to keep it
pure and natural.
Glacial Water (WITH IMAGE to be shared)
Harnessing the natural waters of the Himalayas
is a blessing for all the people in Himachal. We tap this wonderful natural
resource to ensure a continuous supply of water for our Mother Cows. The water
is blessed with divine wishes and is enriched with the gifts of nature. The
minerals found in the water are unmatchable and the water is as clear as the
blue sky after a drizzle in the dawn and so beautiful that if you stare at it,
you can see the never-ending horizon staring back at you.
Serving the Traditions (WITH IMAGE to be

In a world that is being swayed towards
modernity, we believe that staying close to our roots and honoring our
traditions is the way ahead to stay connected to our rich cultural heritage.
India has been endowed with priceless ancient wisdom with enchanting texts and
techniques that if brought to implementation can ensure good health and
longevity for all. That is where we have dug out the importance of the Bilona
Method, especially for making ghee or ghrita-the true Rasayana.
The Personification of Mindfulness
(WITH IMAGE to be shared)
Mr. Sanjeev Singh Thakur
It has been the culmination of a mindful thought process and patience,
that helped him take the road less traveled. Hailing from a small village in
Himachal, he has shared a special connection with Mother Nature and realized
that the changing climatic patterns need conscious thought, paired with
relentless effort to turn things around. It was his surveys of the dairy farms
that brought him to conclude that Mother Cows and their beautiful calves
deserve better from humans. Hence, he believed in keeping things close to
nature in every possible way, not letting chemicals become normalized in dairy
farming, and maintaining the richness of Himalayan soil
